Government of Jammu & Kashmir has launched a performance monitoring portal for its valued employees. The JK EPM Portal, as its name suggests, is intended to monitor the employees’ performance.

epm.jk.gov.in is the official website of the JK EPM Portal, which is designed for government employees to evaluate themselves. The portal provides higher level officers with instant information regarding employee performance.
